Vlissingen Pilot (loodsen) From this inner harbour downtown, the pilot boats are leaving to the schips in the Westerschelde. The statue (on the left), on the beginning of the boulevard, is Michiel de Ruyter. He was a famous Dutch marine admiral, living from 1607 - 1676. |
